Hotel Mayfair
Constructed in 1926, the Hotel Mayfair is located in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles. It is Renaissance Revival in style, designed by noted local architects Curlett & Beelman whose firm had a significant influence on the architectural landscape of Los Angeles in the 1920s.
HRG assisted the owners with the rehabilitation of the historic hotel, including securing federal rehabilitation tax credits for the project. The project included the reversal of inappropriate alterations, and the rehabilitation of significant features including the historic lobby and prominent rooftop sign.
